Bridgeport Telegram, Bridgeport, CT January 9, 1922
Stratford and Bridgeport share interest in the marriage Saturday of Miss 
Louise Barnum, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry B. Barnum of Warwick avenue, 
Stratford, to Travis Alvah Daniels Weaver, Promotion manager of the Post 
Publishing company, Bridgeport.  The marriage took place at 6:30 o'clock at 
the new home of the couple, 123 Sutton street, ans was soleminized by Reverend 
Andrew F. Chamberlain.

The bride was becomingly attired in a frock of black Russian crepe trimmed in 
jade green and carried a bouquet of pink roses.  Only the immediate families 
were present.  Following the ceremony a supper was served after which the 
young couple left for wedding trip to New York city.

Mrs. Weaver is a graduate of Stratford High school and of New Haven Normal 
school.  For the past few years she had taught in Stratford schools.
