Major S.N. Rushin has sent in his resignation as mayor of Buena Vista to the 
Council to take effect April 1st.  Mr. Rushin and family expect to move to 
Atlanta at that time.

Mr. and Mrs. S.N. Rushin moved this week to Atlanta, where they will make their 
future home.  The people of Buena Vista regret to lose this worthy and 
estimable family and wish for their success and happiness in their new home.
