Petition for total divorce in Marion Superior Court, April Term 1901

To Martha Susan Robison, defendant, of the State of Alabama:

You are hereby notified and commanded to be and appear at the next term of the 
Superior Court to be held in and for said county on the fourth Monday in April 
1901, then and there to answer to plaintiff’s suit (above stated.)  Witness the 
Hon. W.B. Butt, Judge of said court, this January 28th, 1901.
