Local Paragraphs

Mr. A.L. Shippy, at one time a resident of this section, but now a citizen of 
Texas, was in town a short time last week.  Mr. Shippy says Texas is a great 
state and there are lots of good people out there, but there is no place on 
earth equal to Georgia and south Georgia is the best part of the best state in 
the Union.
