McMichael, of the Twenty-Fourth district, is one of the youngest and most popular members of the upper branch of the legislature. He lives at Buena Vista, Marion County, and succeeds Hon. Thomas J. Chappell, of Columbus. He is greatly interested in improving the public school system of the state.
