Mr. S.T. Wilson, of Buena Vista is visiting his father, Capt. Wilson here.

Mrs. Hughes, McIver and Lily Smith and Mattie L. Wilson have returned after a
pleasant visit to Tybee By the Sea.  Judge Hughes says he is glad they are back
again, for while they were gone it seemed to him as if the union depot had moved
away.

Miss Stella Hughes and Malcom Cyrus Smith, of Brooklet, Ga., are visiting Judge
Hughes and family here.

Mr. and Mrs. John William Wilson and daughter, Floried Julian, of Columbus, will
come here next Sunday the 25th, for the balance of the season.

Mrs. Hughes, with her school and a few friends, will have their annual school
picnic the 28th inst. on that same wet dry creek from which John W. Wilson has
promised a sufficiency of trout, cat, etc.

J.L., S.T. and J.W. Wilson will assist Judge Hughes and others in seining dry
creek and its lakes and tributaries the 26th and 27th of July.

Samuel T. Wilson, Jr., of Buena Vista, is expected here next week.  Misses
Nadine, Bessie and Girlie Wilson and Miss Marie Mitchell, of Buena Vista, are
expected on the occasion of the 28th.

J.D. Wilson, Jr., of Buena Vista, is visiting relatives here and trying the
rural life a whirl.
