We learn that he will sell out in Buena Vista and his family will join him in the west. Clements’ place, vacant lot of 25 acres situated on Sixth Avenue within the incorporate limits of Buena Vista containing about 500 peach trees, and vacant lot of one acre in town near railroad junction. Also stock of goods consisting of Dry Goods, Notions, Groceries, Shoes, Hats, etc. This property must be sold in the next 60 days, as parties owning same are going west. Terms spot cash. R.M.
