Sheriff’s Sale

Georgia – Marion County

Will be sold before the courthouse door in the town of Buena Vista within the
legal hours of sale, on the 1st Tuesday in December, 1902, to the highest bidder
for cash, the following property: One house and lot in the town of Buena Vista,
said county, said lot containing three acres more or less, and bounded on north
by Charity Mathis lot and Mrs. J.W. Roberts, and on west by road leading from
Buena Vista to the old Tharpe place, said property levied on as the property of
Charity Mathis and Ada Mathis to satisfy an execution issued from the county
court of said county in favor of Clements & McCall vs. Charles Mathis and Ada
Mathis and transferred to Mrs. J.W. Roberts.  Said property in possession of
children of Charity Mathis and Ada Mathis.  Nov. 6th, 1902
