Sheriff’s Sales for Dec.

GEORGIA - MARION COUNTY

Will be sold before the court house door in the town of Buena Vista, said
county, on the first Tuesday in December next, between the legal hours of sale,
the following described property to-wit:

One-half undivided interest in the west one-third interest in lots of land Nos
238, 239 and 240, known as the west third of the three lots, in the 4th district
of said county.  Levied on as the property of E R Jernigan to satisfy one
mortgage fi fa in favor of Johnson & Harrold, surviving partners, vs E R Jernigan.

Also at the same time and place the following described property to-wit: 662/3
acres off of the west side of lot No 239 and 662/3 acres off of the west side of
lot No 239 and 662/3 acres off of the west side of lot No 240, in the 4th
district of said county.  Levied on as the property of E R Jernigan to satisfy
one superior court fi fa in favor of O C Bullock, assigned of Kennon & Hill vs E
R Jernigan.

Also at the same time and place the following described property to wit: South
half of lot of land No 262 in the 4th district of said county.  Levied on as the
property of W W Chapman to satisfy one superior court execution in my hands
issued from the superior court of Taylor county in favor of Slade & Ethridge and
transfered to D W Rainey vs J B Hobbs, C W Ivey, W W Chapman and Willis Hobbs. 
Property pointed out by plaintiff in fi fa.

Also at the same time and place the following described property to wit: 150
acres off of lot of land No 237 in the 31st district of said county.  Levied on
as the property of W J Wiggins to satisfy one justice court fi fa in favor of
Hugh T Inman & Co vs Henry Weaver and W J Wiggins.

Also at the same time and place the following described property to-wit: One
undivided one-half interest in 4  acres of land more or less in town of Buena
Vista said county bounded as follows: North by lot of Mrs L W Wall, east by
lands of estate of Elizabeth Wiggins, south by lot of Mrs. Aurelia Hall and
Wesley Jefferson and west by road from Buena Vista Pineville.  Levied on as the
property of J H Lumpkin to satisfy one execution issued from the county court of
Sumter county in favor of the Bank of Cordele vs C C Minter, principal and J H
Lumpkin, security.  Property pointed out by J H Lumpkin; one of defendants in fi
fa.
