Town Ordinance

Ordinance No. 50 – Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the town of Buena
Vista, Ga. that from and after the passage of this ordinance it shall be
unlawful to ride any bicycle on the streets of Buena Vista, Ga., unless same is
fitted with a bell alarm in the day and bell and lantern at night, and shall be
required to give alarm at street crossings and on turning corners; any person
failing or refusing to comply with this ordinance shall be punished as
prescribed in ordinance No. 11.
