James "Jim" Anthony, III
November 1, 1983 ~ July 20, 2021 (age 37)

Mr. James “Little Jim” Morris Anthony, III, 37, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away 
on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.  Funeral services will be held at 5:00PM on Sunday, 
July 25, 2021, at Buena Vista United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeremy Alexander 
officiating.  Burial will follow the service at New Life Freewill Baptist Church 
Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening 
from 5:00-7:00PM.

Mr. Anthony was born in Columbus, GA, on November 1, 1983, to James Morris 
Anthony, Jr. and Sherry Anthony. He was a drywall contractor and part owner of 
the family business, Anthony Drywall. Mr. Anthony was an avid sports fan and 
loved collecting antique toys.  He was preceded in death by his paternal 
grandparents James and Ruby Anthony.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and Sherry Anthony; by a brother and sister-
in-law, Alex and Kristin Wilde of Orlando, FL; and by his beloved pets, Jazzy 
and Scootchie.  Grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and other family also 
survive.

Way-Watson Funeral Home, 1052 Dr. Deryl Hart Road, Buena Vista, Georgia has been 
entrusted with these arrangements.
