Buena Vista, GA- Clinton Joseph Bearden, age 93, of Buena Vista, GA, died 
Wednesday, September 6, 2006, at Magnolia Manor of Marion County.
Graveside funeral services will be Friday, September 8, 2006, 11 a.m. at Buena 
Vista Cemetery with the Rev. David Chapman officiating.
Mr. Bearden was born March 13, 1913 in Gordon County, Georgia, the son of 
Benjamin and Doxie Rider Bearden. He has lived in Marion County since 1946. He 
was a member of New Providence Baptist Church and retired as a salesman from 
Watkins Products.
Survivors include his daughters, Patricia Bearden and Linda Bearden, both of 
Buena Vista, GA; a brother, Emmett K. Bearden or Winterville, NC; a sister, 
Ethel B. Sauls of chamblee, GA; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Tante Funeral Home Thursday from 6 until 9 
p.m. 
Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, in charge of arrangements.
