BROWN, ENNIS LEE GRUNDY
Mrs. Brown was born November 30, 1917 in Schley County, GA to Mr. & Mrs. Grady 
Grundy.  She was married to Haywood Brown in 1937 and was a member of Cedar 
Creek Baptist Church in Schley County, GA.  She died February 18, 1988.  
Funeral held Sunday, February 21, 1988 at the Baptist Association Center in 
Butler, GA; Reverend Troy Waymon officiated.  Burial in Cedar Creek Cemetery, 
Schley County, Ga.  Survivors include 2 sons, Mr. Edward Brown ,  Mr. Lawrence 
Brown; 2 daughters, Mrs. Betty (Douglas) Treadaway all  of Butler GA and Ms. 
Catherine Childs of Decatur, GA; 15 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren Angela 
Green and Joe L Green.  Six great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, Mary Ann 
Brown and Sylvia Dugger, both of Butler; 3 aunts: Lola Grundy and Ethel Davis 
of Philadelphia, PA; Hattie Neely of Atlanta, GA; uncle: Roman Grundy of 
Philadelphia, 2 brothers-in-law: Iris Brown of Plains, GA and Ned Brown of 
Americus, GA; sister-in-law, Nettie Lewis of Americus.  Charles W McDougald
