Starley R. Bullard, 73, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at St. Francis 
Hospital in Columbus, GA.
 
A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at 4:00 
PM in the Bullard Family Cemetery in Talbot County, GA with Reverend Lynn 
McManious officiating.
 
Mr. Bullard was born in Columbus, Georgia, on April 15, 1939, to James Lee 
Bullard and Ethel Allen Bullard. He was self-employed as a Carpenter and Truck 
Driver. He was a loving and devoted Husband and Father for 51 years.  In 
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Fred 
Bullard, Tommy Bullard, and Larry Bullard.
 
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Faye Bullard of Box Springs, GA; by a son, 
Stanley Bullard of Buena Vista, GA; by a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and 
Don Tate of Buena Vista, GA; by four brothers and sisters-in-law, Allen and 
Nina Bullard of Columbus, GA, Jimmy and Doris Bullard of Columbus, GA, Glen 
and Judy Bullard of Box Springs, GA, and Leon and Sherial Bullard of Moulton, 
AL; and by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Myra and Frank Hendrix of Buena 
Vista, GA, and Carol Bullard of Box Springs, GA.  6 Grandchildren and 5 Great-
Grandchildren also survive.
 
Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of these 
arrangements.
