Miss Felisha Butt was buried in the Methodist cemetery in Buena Vista yesterday 
morning.  Miss Butt was the daughter of Col. Edgar M. Butt and wife, was born 
in Buena Vista, and was about thirty years old.  Miss Butt has been ill for 
several months and only two weeks ago was taken to a sanitarium, where she died 
on the morning of the 25th.  The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.J. 
Ansley, at the Methodist church here, her remains arriving on the early morning 
train.

Mr. and Mrs. Elza Sheppard and Mr. John Butt, of Americus, and Prof. Rob Drane 
and Mrs. E.R. Jordan, of Ellaville, came up Thursday to attend the funeral of 
Miss Felisha Butt.
