Died

Jim Bullock, son of Mr. G.W. Bullock, died Monday morning about half past five 
o’clock of meningitis.  He was taken seriously ill Friday night and Saturday 
morning he was reeking with convulsive pains.  Saturday afternoon and night he 
rested easy and was conscious, but the convulsions came on again early Sunday 
morning and he gradually grew worse until he died at the time stated.  His 
remains were buried at the Methodist cemetery Tuesday morning, Rev. C.H. Branch 
officiating.

The family have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.

Jimmie Bullock who died Monday morning of meningitis, got up on Wednesday night 
before and went out in the rain in his night clothing to place two little 
puppies in the stove room, came back and went to bed in his wet clothing.  The 
result was he took meningitis which caused his death.
