Bray Dead Mrs. W.B. Bray died at the home of her husband, Mr. W.B. Bray, who lives near Hoggs, this county, last Monday after an illness of several weeks. She was quite sick when her mother died last week. Mrs. Bray was a good Christian and a devoted member of the Methodist church. We heard a man, who is near neighbor, remark at the burial that she was one of the best women he had ever known. The remains of Mrs. Bray were laid to rest in the Baptist cemetery in Buena Vista Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, Rev. R.L. Wiggins performing the ceremony. She leaves a husband, several children, one sister and two brothers to mourn her death. Of all men in the county Mr. Bray deserves the sympathy of the people. At the cemetery are three freshly made graves. Three weeks ago he buried a child there, last week he buried his wife’s mother, Mrs. H.H. Brasington, and this week he buried his wife.
