Master Cody Clark and Master Charlie Clark, infant sons of Frankie and Sarah 
Clark of Box Springs, GA, were born and died on February 8, 2012 at Gwinnett 
Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. A graveside funeral service was held at 11:00 
AM on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Moore’s Chapel Cemetery with Reverend 
Luke Forsyth officiating. 

In addition to their parents, they are survived by maternal grandparents Ron 
Sanders of Richland, GA, and Lori Fuller of Phenix City, AL; by a paternal 
grandfather, Michael Caffee of Box Springs, GA; by great-grandparents Mary Jo 
Phillips of Mauk, GA, Alfus and Jean Sanders of Columbus, GA, and Cheryl 
Chabasta of Fayetteville, GA; by three uncles Lawrence Clark and Tori Kalweit 
of Buena Vista, GA, Robert Sanders of Richland, GA, and Justin Sanders and 
Jennifer Murray of Columbus, GA, and by two aunts, Brandy Clark Yarbrough of 
Box Springs, GA, and Michelle Smith of Americus, GA. They were preceded in 
death by their paternal grandparents, Frankie Clark, Sr., and Marlene Clark 
Caffee and by a great-grandfather, Henry Phillips. 

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of these 
arrangements.
