Biography
 
Becky Welch Curlee, 54, of Richland, GA, formerly of Buena Vista, GA, died 
Saturday evening, January 7, 2012, at Stewart-Webster Hospital. 

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 12, 2012, at 
Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Reverend Raymond Smith officiating. 

Ms. Curlee was born November 21, 1957, in Marion County, GA, to Ernest and 
Betty Taylor Welch. Baptist by faith, she was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist 
Church. She had lived in Marion County for her entire life and had previously 
been employed by Sumter Regional Hospital in housekeeping. In addition to her 
parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Taylor. 

She is survived by two brothers, George Welch of Buena Vista, GA, and William 
Wright of Andersonville, GA; by a sister, Pattie Swack of Buena Vista, GA; by 
a niece, Nikki Teate and by a nephew, Chris Stewart. 

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of these
