Lisa Elaine Barrett Davis, 45, of Buena Vista, GA, died Thursday, November 25, 
2010, at her residence.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 1:00 pm at 
Tazewell Baptist Church with Reverend David Chapman and Reverend Keith 
Etheridge officiating. Music was provided by Linda Anthony. Burial immediately 
followed in Tazewell Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Clay Barrett, Mark 
Underwood, Bubba Culpepper, Rod Aide, David Lane, and Brett Sheheane.  The 
family received friends at Tante Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM.

Mrs. Davis was born September 5, 1965, in Buena Vista, GA, to Sarah Acton 
Barrett and the late Homer Lee Barrett. She was a homemaker and a member of 
Tazewell Baptist Church. She had lived in Buena Vista all of her life. In 
addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal 
grandparents, Dewey & Charlie Ree Barrett and maternal grandfather, Joel Acton.

She is survived by her mother, Sarah Barrett of Macon, GA; by four sons, 
Robbie McCourt of Buena Vista, Travis Daniel of Cataula, GA, Hiram Davis of 
Gunterville, AL, and Charles Lee Barrett Davis of Buena Vista; by a daughter, 
Samantha Daniel of Columbus, GA, by a sister, Miranda Barrett Key of Preston, 
GA; and by her maternal grandmother, Annie Acton Dukes.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, was in charge of arrangements.
