Daniel Dead Mr. R.K. Daniel died at his home near Doyle last Sunday of typhoid fever. He had been sick for only about a week or ten days, but hemorrhages from the bowels set in and he soon passed away. His remains were laid to rest at Shady Grove Monday, Rev. R.H. Taylor and the Masonic fraternity, of which he was a member, conducted the funeral services. Quite a crowd went down from town to attend the funeral. Mr. Daniel was a good citizen and will be missed in his section. He leaves a wife and eight children to mourn his untimely death, as he was comparatively a young man in the prime of life. To the sorrowing ones the Patriot extends its sympathy.
