James Cordelle Fincher
October 28, 1942 ~ March 18, 2017

Mr. James Cordelle Fincher, 74, of Box Springs, GA, died on Saturday, March 18, 
2017, at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 20, 
2017, at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Watson-Tante Funeral Home.

Mr. Fincher was born October 28, 1942, in Eastman, GA, to Obie Jesse Fincher and 
Nanny Sue Jennings Fincher. He served in the Navy and had previously been 
employed with U-Haul as a Fleet Maintenance Manager. In addition to his parents, 
he was preceded in death by a son, James “Cory” Fincher, Jr. and by a brother, 
Obie Delano Fincher.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Eleanor and Danny Pickett of 
Eastman, GA; by a nephew, Dan Pickett and a niece, Carol Agureo.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
