Patricia Crocker Gibson, 66, of Mauk, GA, died Thursday, March 4, 2010, at St. 
Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA.

Funeral Services were held Sunday March 7, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Ft. Perry 
Baptist Church with Bro. Gene Rosinbaum officiating. Burial followed in the 
church cemetery. The family received friends at Tante Funeral Home on Saturday 
evening from 6 to 8 PM. 

Mrs. Gibson was born July 9, 1943, in Alto, Georgia, to Doc and Gladys Wade 
Crocker. She was a homemaker and a member of Ft. Perry Baptist Church. Coming 
from Alto, she had been living in Marion County for the past 20 years. In 
addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison 
Dale Gibson. 

She is survived by a son, Richard & Mildred Dalton of Demorest, GA; three 
daughters, Louise Dalton, and Ann Dalton, both of Demorest, GA, and Marilyn & 
Donald Alfred Canington of Mauk, GA; four brothers, Mack Crocker and Dennis 
Crocker, both of Alto, GA, Morgan Crocker of South Bend, IN, and Donald 
Crocker of Seneca, SC; two sisters, Brenda Arrowood and Denise Simmons, both 
of Alto, GA. Eight grandchildren, Brandi Humphrey, Alfred Canington, Jennifer 
Dalton, Tina Dalton, Ricky Dalton, Daisy Nation, Clifton Standridge and Sheri 
Standridge, and numerous great-grandchildren also survive. 

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia was in charge of arrangements with 
Gregg Lynch, Brantley Griffin, Kenneth Clements, Vernon Humphrey, Charles 
Henderson and Cecil Taft officiating.
