Biography

Lisa Ann Brown Gibson, 47, of Columbus, GA, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011, 
at Muscogee Manor and Rehabilitation Center in Columbus, GA. 

Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, at 11:00 a.m. 
at Five Points Cemetery with Reverend Udell Addison officiating. 

Ms. Gibson was born March 3, 1964, in Columbus, GA, to Joseph Daniel, Sr. and 
Margaret McKinney Brown. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Glenn 
Anthony Baptist Church. She was previously employed in the cafeteria at 
Deerfield Nursing Home. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death 
by sister, Hazel Brown Dixon. 

Survivors include two brothers, Joseph D. (Joe) Brown, Jr. and wife Annette of 
Columbus, and Robert Edward Brown, Sr. and wife Jo Ann of Mauk, GA; by one 
uncle Gene Brown and wife Joyce of Mauk, GA; and by numerous nieces and 
nephews. 

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, is in charge of these 
arrangements.
