Hairbuck over at Glenalta, died last Saturday morning of typhoid fever, and his remains were interred at Union church Sunday. Mr. Hairbuck has been very unfortunate in losing his children, all boys, the oldest of which died last fall and the youngest died Saturday. The Marion County Patriot, No. 36 September 7, 1894 Page Two In the death of Mr. George Hairbuck which occurred at the home of his father last Friday night at 2 o’clock, Glenalta community has lost a model young man for integrity and piety. Though he had not even reached his 20th year, he was a “manly man.” He was a member of the Missionary Baptist church and walked in all its ordinances. Everybody was his friend for he made no enemies. But father and mother have every assurance that he has gone where typhoid fevers are unknown, neither is there any pain “over there.” File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ga/marion/obits/h/ob6011hairbuck.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.6 Kb
