Mary O. Kelly, 89, of Schley County, GA, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 
Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, GA.

A graveside funeral service was held Saturday, July 24, 2010, at 11:00 AM at 
Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery in Schley County with Reverend Robert Orr 
officiating. The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 
23, 2010, from 6 to 8 PM.

Mrs. Kelly was born December 29, 1920, in Schley County to Claude and Ruth 
Albritten Owen. She worked at the Manhattan Shirt Factory on the sewing 
production line. Baptist by faith, she had lived in the area her whole life. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ira 
Kelly, and a granddaughter, Karen Lynn Smith.

She is survived by two sons, Jimmy & Paula Kelly and Ira Kelly, Jr.; one 
daughter, Mary K. & Charles Smith all of Schley County, GA; seven 
grandchildren,  Ira & Donna Kelly, Randy & Ann Kelly, Billy & Lisa Kelly, 
George Kelly, James Kelly, Mary Katherine & Steve Hill, and Marsha & William 
Gray. Several Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren also survive.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista was in charge of arrangements.
