Rubin McCrary, colored, who left here for Colorado about four months ago, on 
account of poor health, died on the 3rd inst. and his body was shipped to his 
relatives and friends here for interment.  The body arrived Tuesday night, and 
was taken in charge by the colored Odd Fellows Lodge at this place, and buried 
by them on Wednesday afternoon.

The Odd Fellows here sent the money, $195.00 to Colorado, to defray the 
expenses.  He carried a policy with this order which after all expenses are 
paid leaves his wife and children about $150.00.
