Norma Jean Mitchell
April 8, 1941 ~ December 17, 2017

Mrs. Norma Jean Rich Mitchell, author, song writer, and Pastor of Believer’s 
Full Gospel Church was promoted to heaven on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at 
Columbus Hospice in Columbus, GA.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 
11:00am on Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Rose Lane Cemetery in Box Springs, 
GA with Rev. Bennie Mitchell officiating.

Mrs. Mitchell was born April 8, 1941, in Columbus, GA, to Oid and Monette 
Wilcox Rich. Mrs. Mitchell loved the Lord and was a homemaker. In addition to 
her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Everett M. Howard.

She is survived by her children, Joan, Pat (Trish), Kathryn, Lowell, and 
Susan; by her grandchildren, Angela, Jonathon, and Katrina, and by great-
grandchildren, Christine and McKenzie.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, is in charge of the 
arrangements.
