Local Paragraphs

Tom McCrary, one of our most worthy colored citizens, has had bad luck with his 
family during the past several weeks.  It has been only a few weeks since he 
lost a son-in-law, and last Wednesday, his youngest son, Morgan, who was about 
eighteen years old, passed away after a brief illness.
