Mr. Jap McGlaun, a former resident of this county and well known to a number of 
the people here, had a stroke of apoplexy at Moultrie last Sunday and fell at 
the depot.  He died a few minutes later.

Mr. McGlaun lived at Doerun and ran to catch his train so as to get back home 
from Moultrie.  The exertion brought on the apoplexy that caused his death.

He was a good citizen while he lived here and his death is regretted by a 
number of warm friends.
