A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, August 11, 2022, in the Chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista with Rev. David Hibberts officiating. Burial will follow the service in Buena Vista Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00PM. Mr. Page was born in Columbus, GA, on July 5, 1966, to Nathan Page and Mary Jo Brady Page. He was Methodist by faith and a member of Buena Vista United Methodist Church. Mr. Page grew up and attended schools in Marion County, GA. He loved listening to music, especially Elvis Presley. Mr. Page was living in Columbus in a group home called Kessington House since December 2013. Paul and his brother Charles were very close until Charles passed away on March 13, 2019. He was previously cared for at Southwestern State Hospital with a loving and wonderful team of doctors, nurses, and personal care staff. Paul loved to eat, especially watermelon, fish and hushpuppies. He liked watching old TV shows like “The Andy Griffith Show,” “Gunsmoke,” and “Bonanza.” His favorite movie was “Smokey and the Bandit.” Paul enjoyed visiting with family in Buena Vista, fishing with his “Gran” Brady, and feeding the catfish. He was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Page, by his brother, Charles Page, by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Julian G. Page, Sr., and by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman F. Brady. He is survived by his mother, Mary Jo Brady Page of Buena Vista, GA, by two aunts, Betsy Brady Pond (Jimmy) and Ginny Brady, and by numerous cousins.
