Lora Elizabeth Parraz
July 11, 1963 ~ April 22, 2020 (age 56)

Ms. Lora Elizabeth Parraz, 56, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Wednesday, 
April 22, 2020, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later 
date.

Ms. Parraz was born in Bakersfield, CA, on July 11, 1963, to Paul Jerry Payne 
and Gloria Jean Henderson. She served honorably in the Army in the early 
1980’s where she was a truck driver. Ms. Parraz was a firm believer in Jesus 
Christ and loved her children, grandchildren and family tremendously. An avid 
equestrian and animal lover, she was a gifted artist specializing in interior 
home décor and oil painting. She was a gourmet cook and loved blueberries and 
yellow cherry tomatoes. She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Jerry 
Payne.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Gloria and John Henderson of 
Buena Vista, GA; by a son and daughter-in-law, Jarrod and Tina Bradfield of 
Rock Spring, GA; by a daughter and son-in-law, Toni and Derrick Jones of Kings 
Bay, GA; grandchildren, Collin Bradfield, Mack Bradfield, Garrett Bradfield, 
Jake Jones, Josh Jones, Kylee Jones, and one on the way; and Auntie Ann of 
Visalia, CA.

Way-Watson Funeral Home, 1052 Dr. Deryl Hart Road, Buena Vista, Georgia has 
been entrusted with these arrangements.
