Mary Tyler Rush, age 93 died Monday, October 31,2005 at Magnolia Manor Of 
Marion County, where she has resided since July 2004.

Funeral Serivces were held Friday, November 4, 2005 at 2.30 p.m.in Tante 
Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside Services were held Friday at 4.00 p.m. at Parkhill Cemetery in 
Columbus, GA. 

Mrs Rush was born in Marion Co., GA. on October 5,1912 the daughter of the late 
James Asa and Annie Scott Tyler.

Survivors include her children : Sue and Fred Clinkscales of Columbus, GA; 
Barbara and Jim Rush of Savannah, GA.; Helen and Sterling Rush of 
Sindelfingen,Germany; Six grandchildren: Kelly Clinkscales Calkins of 
Lilburn,GA; Kristy Clinkscales of Columbus, GA.; Patti Rush Williams of 
Birmingham, AL.; David Rush of Basking Ridge, N.J.; Steven Rush of Portland, 
Or.; Scott Rush, New Orleans,la. Nine great grandchildren- Tyler and Lael 
Calkins,Hadiye and J.Clinkscales,Katherine,Grace and Sam Williams, Kallie and 
Doc Rush,and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mrs Rush was preceded in death by her husband William Weaver Rush, two sisters; 
Ozella Tyler Rush, Annie Tyler and brother James Cleveland Tyler.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista , GA was in charge of arrangements.
