Mrs. Shipp Dead

Mrs. W.M. Shipp died last Friday afternoon after a long illness of dropsy.   
Had she lived until the 14th of next month she would have been eighty years 
old.  She had been sick for a long time and death was a great relief to her 
sufferings.  She had been a member of the Baptist church for a long time and 
lived a consistent Christian life.  She leaves an aged husband to mourn her 
death, having survived all her children.  Her remains were buried at the 
Baptist cemetery Saturday morning. Rev. M. Hair conducting the funeral services.
