Death of Mrs. Swain

Mrs. Swain, mother of Mrs. I.W. Jordan, died at the home of the latter Saturday 
morning of cancer of the face.  She had suffered long and patiently and death 
came as a relief to her suffering.  The remains were buried at Liberty church 
Sunday morning and a large number of the relatives and friends of the deceased 
were present to perform the last sad rites.  The bereaved ones have the 
sympathy of the people in the hour of their sore affliction.
