Family Funeral Program
SAMPSON, ALICE MAE SHEPPARD
Mrs. Sampson was born July 10, 1937 in El Dorado, AR, daughter of Ozzie and 
Oseola Sheppard of Richmond, CA.  She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist 
Church, moved to Richmond, CA ion May 15, 1943.  There she joined St John 
Missionary Baptist Church and married Grady Sampson on June 29, 1958.  They 
had no children.  She moved to Buena Vista, Marion County, GA in 1963 and 
joined the Quebeck Baptist Church.  Mrs. Sampson died Friday, January 12, 1990 
in Buena Vista, GA.  Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m.,  January 20, 
1990 at Quebec Baptist Church in Schley County, GA, Reverend H. L. Respert 
officiating.  Burial in Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Marion 
County, GA.
  Survivors include her husband, Grady Sampson of Buena Vista, GA, Niece 
Victoria Montgomery of Richmond, CA, great-niece Jynett Montgomery of 
Richmond, CA, great-nephew Marvin Montgomery of Richmond, CA., uncles: 
Nathaniel Colloway of Richmond CA, Alfonso Calloway, Dubberly, LA, an aunt, 
Lula Henderson of Richmond, CA.
