GA, died early Saturday morning, February, 23, 2013, at Flint River Community Hospital in Montezuma, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the Chapel of Watson-Tante Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Stubbs officiating. Burial will follow the service at Johnson Cemetery in Mauk, GA. Serving as active pallbearers will be Tony Whitley, Billy Short, Brent Short, Michael Harbuck, Will Short, Ashton Short, and Christopher Loubier. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 25, 2013, from 6-8 pm. Ms. Sanders was born February 20, 1930 in Marion Co., GA, the daughter of Rance Stubbs and Bessie Bell Stubbs. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, G. W. Sanders and one grandson, Cory Short. Ms. Sanders had worked Bibb Manufacturing and was a Nurses Aide. She was a member of Church of God. Survivors include two sons, James Harbuck (Sherry) of Albany and David Harbuck of Butler, two daughters, Vickie Short of Perry, Aretha Short of Butler, two sisters Lorene Longino (Ronnie) of Andersonville and Lenora Whitley (Willard) of Mauk, five grandchildren, Michael Harbuck, (Heather), Shelly Harbuck, Adam Harbuck, Brent Short, Billy Short, (Brandy) and seven great grandchildren, Jackson Harbuck, Christopher Loubier, Christopher Hobbs, Ashton Short, Will Short, and Tesla Short.
