Mauk, GA.  Gerald Boyette Smith, Age 67 of Mauk, GA. died Sunday, December 18, 
2005 at St. Frances Hospital , Columbus, GA. 

Funeral Services will be Tuesday , December 20, 2005 at 2:00 P M at Moores 
Chapel Baptist Church . Burial will be in Pine Level Cemetery, Tsylor Co, GA.

Mr Smith was born May 23,1938 in Macon County the son of Julia Lawhorn Lunsford 
and Daniel Mather Smith. 

Survivors include: his sons; Greg Smith and wife Nancy;Todd Smith and wife 
Jeanne all of Mauk, GA. foster children , Tami Ward & Charles Berry; Sister , 
Irma Singleton of Buena Vista, GA.; step-sister Jeanne Jernigan; Grandson, 
Nicholas Smith; step grandchildren , Mathew Gibbs & Kristin Gibbs and Rachel 
Callahan; foster grandchildren, Christian Robitzsch and Shaina Blackburn.

Tante  Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA in charge of arrangements.
