DECEMBER 13, 1960 ~ MAY 14, 2019 (AGE 58)

Ms. Linda Sue Stubbs, 58, of Douglas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 
2019, at Community Hospice in Fernandina Beach, FL. A graveside funeral will 
be held at 4:00PM on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Johnson Cemetery, 729 Johnson 
Cemetery Road, Mauk, GA, with Mr. Donnie Jones officiating. The family will 
receive friends at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.

Ms. Stubbs was born December 13, 1960, in Butler, GA, to Clarence and Estelle 
Burch Stubbs. A homemaker, she loved her family and friends and enjoyed their 
company. Ms. Stubbs enjoyed life and loved to entertain people. In addition to 
her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence “Randy” 
Stubbs, Jr. and Walter Stubbs and by two sisters, Becky Jones and Mary Stubbs.

She is survived by two brothers, Glen and Brenda Stubbs and Harvey Stubbs; by 
four sisters, Julie and Donnie Jones, Jan and Johnny Nobles, Shirley Cobb, and 
Clara and Robert Weber; and by a special friend Lillian Stubbs. Numerous 
nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Hospice & 
Palliative Care, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257 or give online at 
support.communityhospice.com.
