George Oliver Stubbs, JR. August 18, 1944- April 1, 2005 MAUK, GA 
Age 60, died April 1 at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, GA.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, April 3 at New Life Freewill 
Baptist Church , Marion Co, with Burial in New Life Cemetery. Mr Stubbs was a 
member of New Life Church.
Reverend Arthur Smith will officiate.
Mr Stubbs was born Aug. 18, 1944 , the son of George Oliver Stubbs, Sr and 
Frances Odom Stubbs.

Suvivors Include; Son, Mark Stubbs and Martha, Brothers;Jimmy Stubs and David 
Stubbs of Columbus,and Aaron Stubbs of Mauk; A grandson, Ryan Stubbs of Mauk.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista , GA. is in charge of the arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Oliver loved to play Piano and loved to play at church gatherings.All the men 
in Oliver's family are very gifted musically.
