William Leroy “Billy” Taylor, 76, of Buena Vista, GA, died Sunday, June 7, 
2009, at Four County Health Care in Richland.

 A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Taylor was born August 9, 1932, in Sumter County, Georgia, to John Wesley 
and Alice Smith Taylor. He was in the National Guard. A dairy farmer by trade, 
he had been employed with Wells Dairy Farm for over 30 years. He was preceded 
in death by his parents and by his wife, Betty Sue Welch Taylor.

Mr. Taylor is survived by two brothers-in-law, George Welch, of Buena Vista, 
GA, and William Wright of Andersonville, GA, and by two sisters-in-law, Pattie 
Welch Swack and Becky Welch Curlee, both of Buena Vista, GA. Several cousins 
and many friends also survive.

Tante Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
