Viola (Cave) Thompson
August 13, 1957 ~ February 8, 2020 (age 62)

Mrs. Viola Cave Thompson, 62, of Cusseta, GA passed away on Saturday, February 
8, 2020 at Columbus Hospice House.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, 
February 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Way-Watson Funeral Home. 
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM 
at Way-Watson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thompson was born August 13, 1957 to Richard Cave and Ursula Michalski 
Cave in Ft. Hood, TX.  She was a devout Christian and of the Pentecostal 
faith.  Mrs. Thompson loved reading her Bible every day and was always praying 
for others.  She loved spending time with her family, especially taking care 
of her grandchildren.  In addition to her father, Mrs. Thompson was preceded 
in death by a son, Ronnie Thompson.

Survivors include her loving husband, Jerry Thompson of Cusseta; three sons, 
Jeffrey Thompson (Charli) of Cusseta, Josh Thompson (Shelly) of Cusseta, and 
Steven Thompson Moschella(Jennifer) of Buena Vista; a daughter, Adriane Haines 
of Smiths Station, AL; four siblings, George Cave, Richard Cave, Angie 
Casanova and Glenn Cave; seven grandchildren, Ciara Haines, Kiara Haines, Josh 
Thompson, Jr., Noah Thompson, Eric Thompson, Summer Burton, and Cheyenne 
Moschella; several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
