Tommy Henry Turley, age 56 of Mauk, Georgia died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 
his residence.

Mr. Turley was born October 30, 1953 in Ashland, Alabama the son of the late 
Hoyt Lee Turley and Vernell Gill Turley.  He had lived in Mauk for the past 
five years having lived in Alabama most of his life.  He was an auto mechanic 
and worked for Bama Auto Sales in Phenix City before his death.

Survivors include his daughters Christy Tharte and Cindy Sims both of Alabama, 
brothers Hoyt Turley, Jr., James Clyde Turley, Willie Turley, and Larry G. 
Turley all of Alabama, sisters, Betty White, Minnie Hughes, Annie Young and 
Ruby Harmon all of Alabama, special companion Charles McKinney of Mauk, 
Georgia several nieces and nephews and many friends.  Other than his parents 
he was preceded in death by a brother Edward Lee Turley.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia was in charge of arrangements.
