Robert Louis Turner, age 75, of Columbus, GA, died Saturday, November 27, 
2010, at Vista Care at Franciscan Woods in Columbus.

Graveside funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at County 
Line Church Cemetery at 3:00PM with Reverend A. R. Curlee officiating.  Music 
was provided by Billy Turner. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Turner, 
Jeremy Turner, Billy Turner, Stephen Kynard, Kevin Autee, and Mary Turner. The 
family received friends at Tante Funeral Home on Wednesday at 1:00 PM prior to 
the service.

Mr. Turner was born July 2, 1935, in Chattahoochee County, GA, to Joe Turner 
and Lorena Sinns Turner Wright. He served in the Navy and was previously 
employed by Hercules Equipment Company as a Heavy Equipment Operator.  He had 
been living in Columbus for the past 3 months coming from Ft. Mitchell, AL, 
where he had lived for the past 30 years.  He was preceded in death by his 
parents and by several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by one son, William (Billy) Turner and wife Sharon of Fortson, 
GA; two daughters, Brenda Antee and husband Charlie and April Benge and 
husband Jon, all of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Joyce Allen of Piedmont, AL, 
and Debbie Wright of Villa Rica, GA. Seven grandchildren, Michael Turner, 
Jeremy Turner, Billy Turner, Kevin Antee, Brandy Austin, Stephen Kynard, and 
Cheyenne Benge also survive.

Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of arrangements.
