Draneville

Mrs. Wm. Upton died last Sunday after a long illness.

Mrs. Upton, wife of Mr. W.R. Upton, died at her home near Draneville on August 
30th, and was buried in Union Cemetery, near her home on Monday, August 31st.  
She has been married about 30 years and leaves a husband and eight children, 
all of whom are married except one.  Mrs. Upton was a member of the Methodist 
church and lived a consistent Christian life.  A good wife and mother and a 
good neighbor has gone to her rest to await the resurrection.
