WALKER, ROBERT Sr.
Mr. Walker was born May 30, 1908 in Taylor County, GA, son of Richard and 
Beulah Walker of Buena Vista, GA. He wed Miss Jannie Clifford Davis October 
18, 1927and they had 14 children.  
Mr. Walker died at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 1987 at Marion Memorial 
Hospital.  Funeral services were held at 2:00, Wednesday, October 28, 1987 at 
Mt Olive Baptist Church in Marion County, GA.  Reverend Floyd Story 
officiated, burial in Tazewell Cemetery. He is survived by 12 children: 6 
daughters: Mrs. Sarah Laverne Vaus, Mrs. Bertha Mae (Johnny  Ramsey Sr. 
deceased)   (William Clarence) Walton, Mrs. Evelyn Walker of Miami, FL, Mrs. 
Gloria Dean Broxton, Mrs. Grace E Brown, Mrs. Mary Alice  Patrick,  and 6 
sons: James Clifford Walker of Miami, FL, Mr. Arthur (Mary Etta) Walker of St 
Cloud, FL, Mr. Hansome (Betty) Walker of Buena Vista, GA, Mr. John Walker of 
Ellaville, GA, Mr. Albert Wooders Walker, of Columbus, GA, Mr. David Walker of 
Atlanta, GA, 3 sisters, Mrs. Della Ellison, Mrs. Odessa (Ozzie Sr.) Holt, Ms  
Minnie Walker, 1 brother, Mr. Wiley Semin Walker; 41 grandchildren, nieces, 
nephews and cousins.
