Watson Funeral At Cheron Today

Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza J. Watson, 77, who died yesterday at 3:30 
a.m. at the residence of her son, W. H. Watson, 1301 Nineteenth street, will 
be held at 11 a.m. today at Mount Nebo Baptist church at Cheron, Ga.

Rev. Terrell Gill, of Cheron, will officiate, and burial will be in the 
church cemetery. 

Mrs. Watson had spent the past 24 years in Columbus. 

Surviving are three sons, W. H., of Columbus, E. J., of Thomasville, Ga., 
and Homer Watson, of Juniper, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Ida Williams, of 
Columbus; two brothers, L. E. Chapman, of Griffin, Ga., and N. B. Chapman, 
of Ashburn, Ga.; one sister, Mrs. Nora Youngblood, of Columbus; also 22 
grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. 

Additional Comments:
If anyone knows where Mt. Nebo Baptist is/was, please let me know. Is it 
called something else now?
