Mrs. W.H. Weed died at her home near Short’s Mill last Friday morning, and was 
buried in the afternoon at 5:30, services conducted by Rev. W.P. Allison.  She 
is survived by a husband and six children.  Mrs. Weed was forty-two years of 
age, had a loving Christian disposition and many friends.

Pine Knot

Mrs. Will Weed died Saturday after a short illness.  She is survived by a host 
of sorrowing relatives and friends.
