Mr Billy Dean Welch, age 71, of Ellaville, GA died Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 
Flint River Community Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday, March 21, 
2008 at 11 a.m. at Ellaville Baptist Church . Burial Followed in the Ellaville 
Cemetery.
 Mr Welch was born in Marion County, 5 Feburary, 1937 the son of James Thomas 
Welch and Florine Wilson Welch.
He is survived by his wife, Erlene Johnson Welch: one daughter, Jan Williams 
and husband Herb of Ellaville; one son, Bill Welch and wife Brenda of 
Ellaville; two brothers-Ronnie Welch and wife Peggy of Buena Vista, GA and 
Larry Welch of Buena Vista, GA; 
Mr Welch is survived by four sisters, eight grandchildren, Five great 
grandchildren . In addition to his parents, Mr Welch was preceded in death by a 
sister,Juanita Snider.
