Biography 

Mary D. Wiggins, 89, of Buena Vista, Georgia, died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at 
Magnolia Manor of Marion County in Buena Vista. 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 3:00 pm at Mt. 
Carmel Baptist Church with Reverend Raymond Smith and Reverend Johnathan 
Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-8 
pm. 

Mrs. Wiggins was born December 4, 1922, in Marion County to Will and Leila 
Gill Deavoures. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist 
Church. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, James 
A. Wiggins and by two daughters-in-law, Mary B. Wiggins and Lanice A. Wiggins. 

She is survived by three sons Jimmy Larry Wiggins, William Lester Wiggins, and 
Bobby and Cathy Wiggins, and by a daughter, Penny Wiggins all of Buena Vista. 
11 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren also survive. 
Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, is in charge of these 
arrangements.

Sunday May 22, 2012, 3:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church
